We had Karl install his product in the summer of 2014 and for over 11 years the system worked flawlessly. Recently the wires began to weaken and it was obvious we needed to replace. Then mother nature came calling and we spent 2 months with no fence since the ground was either covered with snow or frozen solid. As soon as the weather changed, Karl was in touch to install the new fencing. Karl and Katherine were both very responsive and soon enough our little escape artist was once again thwarted in her attempts to roam. But the real proof of the pudding came when there was an odd break in the new wire. My wife went to work in contacting Karl and without hesitation, Karl was back onsite, fixed the break and took steps to insure that it wouldn't reoccur. So in short-need an electric fence-these are your people, the only company you need. Good Luck!

I have been using Pet Stop by Pet Management systems for years and years! Their professionalism and their addressing and helping me figure out the best solutions for our three dogs has been right on every time. We had them do our Electric fence and we have a good sized yard. The amount of times landscapers have broken the fence is unreal, but the team at Pet Stop is there to repair it promptly every time. I recommend them to several friends as well.

We had the fence installed about 3 years ago and as a first time electric fence user, we have been thrilled. Since getting the fence, we have had a few issues and they have been great at responding to all of our fixes. A root popped up a section of the fence and our son mowed through the wire. Also, one of our two responders stopped working properly, so they got a replacement (covered by the warranty) quickly. And the last, and the reason for the review, we were having difficulties with system just HOURS before we left for vacation and left our dogs with a house sitter. They responded quickly AND very late in the evening to help walk us through the fix. We'd highly recommend Pet Stop.

If you’re looking for the right people to do the job this is the company you choose. They are quick to respond to phone calls or text messages. The estimates are quick and affordable. They estimated 3 hours the job was done with in a hour and half. Very nice and good people to deal with.

We have had our pet fence for five years. We’ve been extremely happy with it. We live in the woods and our dogs stay safely on our property. Recently we had an issue with one of our transponders not charging. Karl and Catherine got one ordered for us to do a warranty replacement. They went out of their way to make sure things were working correctly and linking up in our app. I was impressed with their customer service.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. They come out and train my dogs to the fence, have had many dogs over the last 30 years. Even our Beagle was trained to the fence.

Karl was amazing. He came out on an inconvenient day for him to explain the system and then came out and installed it a week later. Professional from beginning to end. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We love the training we received for our two puppies and the bluetooth collars are so flexible to meet all of our needs both now and the future.

Karl was out today with only 3 days notice. Underground dog fence was cut in about 4 places by landscapers and fence repair folks! Karl was early, & fixed everything in less than an hour, and even had to redo about 50 feet of cable. No complaints, excellent job and very reasonable. Our Dog fence is now operational.

Pet Stop has been life-changing for our family! Our dog used to only have one speed when a door opened. She would dart off constantly, through the woods to another neighborhood... We were skeptical the fence would work for a dog with such a high squirrel drive but within 2-3 weeks she was completely trained. It is the best money we've ever spent.

We have been with this family owned business for years. They have been keeping our pets safe and happy and contained. Whenever we have had a problem they have come out immediately and taken care of it—everything from accidentally cutting lines to a deer repeatedly digging and ripping up the wire! They are the best and have trained all five dogs we have had throughout the years.

BEST MONEY WE EVER SPENT!!! We absolutely LOVE Pet Stop - everything about them and the fence. Catherine & Karl are amazing to deal with! So nice, so honest and always so helpful!! Mike who did our install is great too! Our dog is SO utterly happy to have the freedom he does because of them and the fence. In turn we also now have a lot of freedom as well since we no longer have to worry about our pup running off into the woods behind our house and getting hurt. It's the BEST feeling. We can all hang outside without a care or worry. We can just be out there to play with him, or to hang on the patio or by the fire. We can just be out there to ENJOY. THANK YOU AGAIN PET STOP!!! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would!! If anyone reading this is 'on the fence' about having an install done by them, JUST DO IT. You will not regret it, trust me!!

I've been an over 20 year customer with Pet Stop. They have safely contained 5 rescue dogs over the span in our 2.65 acre property through hurricanes, blizzards, droughts, and Climate Change sweltering Summers.
